In the early days of the journey to awareness, contrast is a vital tool. The more unconscious a human being may be, the more resistant to growth and introspection, the more extreme and challenging the events placed by the soul on the human’s path will need to become to get their attention.

This is not about punishment. Far from it. This is about lovingly creating the exact elements required, without judgment, until the person’s attention has been caught. This is why you will often see people looping through a similar experience, time and again, with the intensity rising each time, until the human becomes too uncomfortable to stay the same. And while that is one aspect and we do appreciate that, gratitude is far more than that. Gratitude carries a very high, yet very grounding energy. It is a profoundly powerful tool that not only offers clear feedback to the universe, but also energetically anchors what you find desirable in your life expression. Dear Ones, all healing, all great change begins within. It is a state of intention, which then brings forth the correct alignment to move into the desired result. Think of the captain of a ship. The captain decides where he wishes to go, then with his intention, charts a course and then enters into the flow that will take him there. You are the captain of your own ship! If you are waiting for someone to come in and fix you, you will be waiting a very long time, because you cannot attract wholeness from a place of powerlessness. If you are looking to be saved in any way, you are still supporting your victim consciousness. Today we would like you to know that you are all absolutely fine. You are exactly where you should be, having the exact experiences you are wanting to have. How could you not be? You are in the body, on the earth, during this amazing time. These right now moments are exactly what your soul has worked so hard to come and experience. You have come into the body to grow and evolve and to have experiences. Take a moment to consider how much you have evolved in the last year, two years, five years, ten years of your linear time. You are doing what you have come to do, and are doing it splendidly, we might add! Many of you have become quite adept at consciously manifesting smaller things in your lives, but still struggle with manifesting what you consider the bigger things, be it a large amount of money, perfect health, a beautiful love relationship or a career that brings you joy and prosperity. If this is an issue for you, it is likely that you are carrying fear or doubt around the thing you wish to create. Fear and doubt, when present, will always create blockages to your deepest desires because they are very effective flow stoppers. How do you know if you have fear or doubt attached to your desire? Simply check in with your body. Think of what it is you would like to create. Pay attention to what happens within yourself as you think about it, particularly in the abdominal region. Having an attachment to an outcome is one of the most limiting and frustrating things a human being can do to themselves. From your vantage point, it may feel like you know how things should be. But from the universe’s ability to see and gauge all things and possible outcomes, how you perceive it is frequently not in your highest interest at all! Dear Ones, we cannot even express how much grander we see things for you, and so often we see you blocking things by being so attached to things looking a certain way. Release your attachment to outcome! Enter the flow! Embrace that movement, secure in the fact that when you don’t try to force it to look a certain way, things will always turn out divinely perfect!
