In these days that are upon you, much is being revealed that was previously not known. It is information that needs to see the light of day so that it can be looked at and faced, not only individually but on a national and global scale.

All activity that was not of the highest integrity and in alignment with the highest in all is being exposed with more and more frequency. The world needs to be cleansed of all that has kept its inhabitants in illusion as to how to live their daily lives in an acceptable manner.

Throughout the cosmos, alignments are taking place which have been anticipated for several thousands of years. These are opening up greater access to the knowledge held within each soul, for each of you hold a vast store of knowledge through many ages that have come and gone.

It is a time for spending in stillness and a state of listening within as your world is reconnected to the rest of the galaxy – an event which heralds the understanding that humanity is not alone in the endless sea of other stars, planets and worlds. This means that the Earth is entering a new position in the heavens and that it is a new beginning for all.

The times that you are living in are wrought with both the greatest of challenges and the greatest of blessings. As the third dimensional energies are no longer being supported by the very atmosphere surrounding the Earth, it is becoming increasingly difficult to hold the denser energies in your personal energy fields.

You are each in full flow again of receiving and anchoring the Cosmic energies into the crystalline core of your planet. These are the rhythms that you are by now used to in your daily lives and as such you serve the Divine.

As each of you receive and allow these energies to pass through you into the crystalline core, you are filling the Earth with these expansive energies and this is how the ascension of the Earth is taking place. The Light within expands within the center of the planet and is uplifted into the higher dimensions.

There has been a great influx of higher Cosmic energies that have been inundating the atmosphere of Earth and  this energy is working through all of Humanity in a way of cleansing which is not a pleasant process for those who have not been awakened to the knowledge of the evolutionary process that is now occurring. As each of you move deeper into the inner recesses of your Being, you are finding the opportunities to bring to the surface that which needs completion. During these times, give compassion to yourselves and all those who are involved in whatever situations come up. This is a time of bringing deeper understanding and knowledge from within you and for bringing peace and equilibrium in order that you may experience a greater lightness of being as you connect to the well of creativity and abundance that bubbles just beneath the surface.

You are in the process of reconnection with your God/Goddess aspects of the divine within you. As you do this deep work upon yourselves, there will be many moments of spontaneous feelings of joy that burst forth, seemingly out of nowhere. This is the process of recalibration and reconnection with the purity and innocence that is at the core of your true nature. Allow and enjoy these fleeting moments and store these feelings of Oneness and unity with all that exists in this World, so that you might utilize those moments and build upon those feelings, for it is these feelings which are creating the new paradigm of your new World. As you move forward upon your individual path, you will notice the subtle changes occurring within your own bodies and energetic systems and you will marvel at the role of conduit you are playing. This then, is the contribution you are making to bring in the higher frequencies and in anchoring these upon and within the Earth, no matter the seeming chaos around you.

Your work has shifted to that of co-creator of your new Age of Light. Your every thought, word and deed is being brought into higher expression as you surrender your human will to Divine Will and daily intend to align with your higher, more refined Self. As you go about your daily life, you are beginning to notice shifts within your bodies and within your consciousness. It is now becoming much easier to stay in equilibrium most of the time, even when changes occur that might have been unexpected or unforeseen. Life just seems to flow in a harmonious and synchronistic way and as you stay attuned to this flow, living in a physical body upon this Planet becomes easier and more filled with grace.

Many of you are experiencing intense heat at various times in your body which comes during or shortly after a download of higher energies and activations. Some of you are experiencing times of the shortness of oxygen or the feeling that you find it hard to get a good breath of air into your lungs.
