For those of us who have been following the channelled scene for a while Greg Giles is a name that was often talked about in lightworker circles.. Chanellor of the GFL and Ashtar Command I had become appreciative over the months for Greg’s regular updates.
Over the last month or so though I found myself out of resonance with Greg’s work. While I still (for the most part) read his messages I found myself “put off” by the introduction of fear and accusations that had (for me) appeared more and more in his writings.
I was genuinely taken back though to read his “finale” message where he says he was “duped” that there is no assension, no GFL and no cabal… I have attached his message at the end but I do urge anyone who chooses to read it to use discernment as there was definitely some disturbing messages writing in the body of his finale writing. Threats are Inappropriate

Several lightworkers wrote me today to suggest that I might want to read Greg Giles’ latest message. When I did, I was surprised to find a strong condemnation of those who won’t post their messages coming from beings claiming to reside in the Fifth Dimension and higher.
I’ve reproduced the offending parts of the message from Greg’s sources below so that you can read them. As I discuss below, I bear no animosity towards Greg, but I do disagree with his sources.
Let me contrast their words, given below, with those of Hatonn and Ashtar, given through Suzy Ward, in addressing questions about the reliability of other channels who purported to be channeling them. Greg Giles: A Summary of Drake’s Latest Update ‘Arrests, Extraterrestrials, Sea Levels and Prosperity Funds’
Pentagon and military insider Drake has released his latest update of the goings-on behind the scenes in regards to the mass arrests of many members of the criminal organization referred to as the cabal. Drake’s presentation was approximately 3 hours in length and as such, I will take this opportunity to very briefly summarize some of the points that I feel you may find of interest.
Drake stated that the extraterrestrial presence is indeed real and they are indeed here in our world at this time and are taking an active role in the arrests of the members of the criminal cabal. One of the more interesting statements by Drake was that the extraterrestrials have issued a deadline for the arrests of the members of the criminal cabal and that deadline is June 21, 2012. Greg Giles has posted a message which predicts “a period in your near future where again your planet will receive rising water levels which again will result in the flooding of some of the populated areas of your world.” He continues:
“We do not wish to alarm and we certainly do not wish to frighten. What we wish to do is inform you. This is one of the main reasons we are here. Expand each day into something new and something creative, as each morning is another opportunity for you and another gift to make a reality what you have come here to experience. Unfolding before you is the roadmap you have drawn up for yourself, and it is this map that will take you to the places and the people that you wish to experience while you are here in this 3rd dimensional world.
To leave here without experiencing all that you came here to taste would be a lost opportunity that you may not get the chance to experience again in this type of setting, as many of you will not be coming back this way as your forays into the physical are over for you if this is what you wish for yourself. This is one of the choices you will be asked to make in the days ahead, as presenting themselves to you will be opportunities for you to travel ahead or to come back behind and perhaps do things a little differently. The 2012 Scenario on the Ashtar Command Prediction
[Note from Wes: After getting inundated with comments on the Ashtar Command article through Greg posted on this site, I was going to write an article about the subject but it seems that our good friend Steve Beckow already has, so I will just add my note of opinion here.
First off, Greg Giles has been one of the most reputable and trusted sources for some time now, and the Loving energies and vast intelligence displayed through his messages as well as the sheer daily volume of information we are given through his sources, have always lead me to trust and believe his sources.
That being said, the prediction given in the Ashtar Command message does not resonate with me; as is said in the article below we have heard time and time again from sources who are also trusted that such Earth Changes will not be necessary on such a mass scale. We will have to go through changes, but nothing near what is predicted in the Ashtar Command message.
I can imagine debunkers having a hay day with the perceived contradiction from reliable sources, but as is said in this message below, perhaps we should take this opportunity to begin acting like collective big-boy Lightworkers, rather than bickering and crying foul.]

Further update
The editors of the 2012 Scenario are using the occasion of the posting of Greg’s message as an opportunity to discuss our own practices and philosophies, particularly around credibility analysis.
Greg has issued a warning that a planetary seismic upheaval can be expected and we as a site say that no disaster will be happening for the Earth. On the surface of things, it would appear that our two viewpoints contradict each other. Read the rest of this entry
