California OKs Funding for High-Speed Rail Line

Note from Wes: This is great news and is a clear sign as to the future we are heading to. Remember the amazing technology the Galactics have been speaking of, that will utilize clean energy for much faster and more productive travel? As with many other important issues, California is leading the way in bringing this forth. 

Barack Obama has been pushing for clean energy and clean energy-based technologies for a long time and as with many other things, he has been silenced and kept from enacting such change but clearly, events are no longer working in favor of the cabals. You will notice that both Democrats and Republicans came out strongly against this project, likely because it is a step away from the agendas of their employers.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — California lawmakers approved billions of dollars Friday in construction financing for the initial segment of the nation’s first dedicated high-speed rail line connecting Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The move marked a major political victory for Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown and the Obama administration. Both have promoted bullet trains as job generators and clean transportation alternatives.

“No economy can grow faster than its transportation network allows,” U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said in a statement applauding the legislative vote. “With highways between California cities congested and airspace at a premium, Californians desperately need an alternative.” Read the rest of this entry
