Nurture yourself always You are at your best when you are taken care of and no one can do it quite like you. Take time out of your busy schedule and get a massage, a pedicure, an energy healing session, an aromatherapy-sea salt bath, take a walk in the park or anything that feels like you are taking a break and treating yourself special. This helps to keep your energy levels higher and therefore less susceptible to outside forces. By this we mean the energy of others. It serves your spiritual and personal growth to take regular time outs for yourself. Release any thoughts, cares or worries and just be in the moment. Feel the love and connection you have with everything and everyone around you. It sometimes helps to understand another when you try to see the world from their perspective and not outward appearance. Take care of each other as if you are a precious crystal, for that is indeed what you are and take care of yourself today.
