Hello everybody! I have had a few questions on meditation over the past few weeks, so I am glad to introduce you to what works for me when I connect within, leading me to connect with Higher Self, which in turn connects with the Ascended Masters and Galactics.

Word of caution: once contact is made, it can be an exciting experience, so best remain grounded as much as possible and stop when you feel too higher and melting :)
